Pros
Great people, great learning experience, get to work quite autonomously. I really enjoyed my time at Hybrid and got to learn so much. Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly and there is a great culture. Senior team were super smart and it was great to work closely with them, and see how a business operates.
Cons
Business grew quicker than the amount of resources they had. I believe the team is in a good place now, but it was just a bit hectic for a little while. Think I could deal with it better now, but as a junior I ultimately wanted to keep learning, rather than carrying out more day-to-day operations.
