Terrible Senior management, never in my life have I felt so belittled and unempowered in my life - and this was from day one. Probably the most unsupportive culture I've ever experienced - if you're struggling, don't expect help, don't expect anything bar abuse. I can't stress this enough - do not join Hybrid if you want to be nurtured and grow with a company. Everyone only cares about themselves, and not about you.
