Pros
You get to work with some big clients Few of the people are nice
Cons
One of the most disorganised and hypocritical work place I've ever seen, a clique led by an egotistic and obnoxious CEO with a group of sycophantic followers, . The middle and higher management is condescending and rude, showing no respect or attention to the employees, treating them as disposable tools. The business model is questionable and unethical, with a constant habit of lying to both clients and employees. The turnover rate is alarmingly high; employees either leave as soon as possible or stay and play the game long enough to become part of the problem. Toxic blame culture, they don't care about your work or the clients unless something goes wrong, There's virtually zero training and onboarding, yet they expect you to know everything from day one. Good luck if you make any mistakes, as everyone only looks out for themselves. Poor work life balance and heavy workload, no flexible working arrangement despite advertised.
