Pros
Smart coworkers, interesting work, innovative culture, good work-life balance. I like that it's a private company that covers a lot of "non-profit" issues. Generally really like the people I work with and the middle management treats people as peers and are very approachable. Generally I think management cares about career growth and professional development opportunities, though it could be better. The benefits are pretty good as well.
Cons
Low salary, culture could be a little more interactive, especially between different teams.
