      I worked as a consultant for couple of projects and work environment was really great and had fun working and learning every day

      Cons

      As this is a consulting firm, you need to work hard and meet the deadlines, so there will be some work pressure depending on the project

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
