      Great infrastructure and highly professional staff.

      Cons

      Politics, no clear vision or strategy, lack of planning, constant “urgency” mentality, stretched resources for unrealistic expectations. Little to zero career advancement opportunities. Company has lost and will keep losing brilliant talents.
