      Pros

      Some great people who are passionate and want to make a difference. Benefits package is good. My own manager is good.

      Cons

      Some senior HR leaders are known to lead through fear and ridicule, and demonstrate behaviours that are at times surprisingly immature. It is clear that perspectives different to theirs must not be voiced. Company’s top leadership team’s understanding of people is outdated.

      Pros

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
