After joining IPSEN in 2022, I was recently promoted to a management role. Although a smaller sized company, Ipsen is undergoing a massive transformation effort to adopt to the future ways of working to accelerate and increase the size of its development portfolio and continue the supply of existing medicine to its patients, breaking barriers to harmonize the common systems & processes across the business, making the best use of its available resources and tools and easily one of the best small - mid sized companies to work for!
