This behaviour is not only tolerated but seems to be encouraged by management, who turn a blind eye to the toxic dynamics. Management itself is another major issue. They are either oblivious to the problems or choose to ignore them, which only exacerbates the toxic culture. Constructive feedback is not welcomed, and any attempt to address concerns is met with defensiveness or outright dismissal. The constant stress and negativity take a toll on mental health. The company's high turnover rate is a clear indicator that many others have felt the same way. If you're considering a position here, I strongly advise you to think twice. The toxic environment and egomaniacal sales team make it an unbearable place to work, with little to no opportunity for personal or professional growth.
