HR lies about promotion and salary
In 5+yrs I manage to "promote" from Junior programmer to Senior programmer
No salary increase in 5+yrs
Management is very bad, they rely on consultants (mainly Accenture) with no experience to manage projects and people that have the knowledge are treated very badly.
Teams are completely burnout, resulting on people don't wanting to work. If there is a challenge they just fight to not do it and try other team to address the issue.
There is no sharing of information across teams.
