Pros
Great company to work for. Management is always trying to find ways to make your job easier. Overtime is almost always an option, so if you need a few extra bucks you can get it.
Cons
Pay could be increased by a significant amount. Lack of communication between employees and supervisors. Should do 12hr shifts instead of 8. Better training should be provided.
