      Pros

      1. Salaries are well structured. 2. SOME* of the developers from Croatia are excellent and helpful. 3. Company is financially strong and profit earning. 4. Work is challenging and good.

      Cons

      1. Poor work life balance. 2. Workaholic culture. Working late in the office is considered virtue. 3. Developers have to provide on call support in addition to the work without any pay. 4. Daily deployment to production. Daily firefighting. Daily incidents. 6. High attrition rate in India. 7. Bad leave policies. It is tough to get leaves approved because there is always a lot of work. 9. Salaries gets delayed many a times. 10. Favouritism in Indian office. 11. Unsupportive HR.

      Thank you for the review. We enable our employees to have a work-life balance by giving them autonomy to decide the estimation and time needed for their tasks. There is a regular review of work inflow, and sprints are planned around the leave plans. Infobip also gives an opportunity to employees to take ownership and responsibility for the code, but we have rules in place to ensure that employees who are supporting the functioning of the code get adequate compensation and rest accordingly.       Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

      Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
