It is a human company, always concerned with people. Infobip is always changing, so it's always concerned about how change will impact people. Infobip is very attentive to comments and people, being a very horizontal company, everyone can talk and will be heard. Infobip has a startup environment, so there are not many processes and procedures. Things are not ready, you have to go to Infobip to help you do it.... Infobip loves all kinds of diversity, is a company that respects all people very much.

Cons

Since Infobip is always under development and has a culture of its own, some people find it hard to adapt to this, especially from large companies with many processes. You need to have open mind and be a hands on person to work at Infobip - it is not a bad thing, but it is important to know!

Really struggling to see the pros of this company. maybe if you want a fancy title with limited experience and happen to be from Croatia.

Shambles of a company, there is a reason why this sector is looked upon so poorly, no strategy or vision, limited managerial competence and poor money but should you miraculously hit the target they promise good commission

Lead your people and guide them based on your knowledge and experience and own the results.

Product owners transitioned to product managers which left gap in product definition, poorly defines requirements Products tend to be shifted across teams, poor documentation Very different experience based on division you are in and who your product manager is - some are ok, some are chaotic Company grows too fast so processes are lacking Pressure to hire a lot of people fast makes quality of new employees get... worse, lacking recruitment process, new employees get bigger salaries because the market has grown but salaries inside company not so much Big differences in pay and benefits between departments Huge load, poor work life balance, regular overtime without compensation in some departments High turnover, sometimes people get fired over night Disgraceful office environment in Zagreb (too cold or too hot, lacking air due to poor building infrastructure, no meeting rooms available, huge open space yet new people don't have where to sit, smelly office)

Advice to Management

Invest more in processes otherwise the company will fall apart as a house of cards. Stop pushing employees so hard. Yes you want to reach big money in IPO but not at the expense of employees! "We are just starting" sounds humble, but when nothing is ever good enough, always more KPIs because "we dream big" then you see this moto is more about dominating the world then being humble engineers. Also, employees who... challenge you are the ones who care about the company - by promoting "yes men", manipulators and people pushers who claim they can do anything, you are hurting the company.
