Pros
One of the rare companies in the Balkan that provide such global opportunities. That being said - it's great for employees from Balkan, but for the rest of Europe or the USA, it's just another average company. It's dynamic and allows you to get a lot of experience and knowledge in the beginning of your career if you're proactive and willing to do more than expected. Internal recruitment and horizontal switch are encouraged - lots of opportunities within the company. They have their own product which is great for experience. Company really takes action when it comes to charity or some crisis response in case of natural disasters. Nice campuses in Croatia.
Cons
No flexibility in work model. Company is now office-first environment with really limited flexibility. Company culture that employees used to love changed a lot with changes in leadership. Questionable values and behavior get rewarded. Corporate vibe, micromanagement, slow processes and lack of autonomy. If you like startup culture - definitely not a good fit :) Career growth really depends on your line manager or how visible you get on your own. Lack of transparency in decision-making and communication. Discrimination among departments. A lot of changes and uncertainty.
