Pros
Infobip has some of the most talented and hardworking teams I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The colleagues here are high performers and genuinely great people who create a collaborative and supportive environment. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end.
Cons
The executive leadership appears directionless, frequently shifting strategies multiple times a year. This lack of focus leaves employees confused and disengaged, as priorities are constantly changing without clear communication or purpose. These frequent shifts often lead to redundancies, creating an unstable and stressful work environment. Compensation is another glaring issue. Salaries are significantly below market rates, and there is a stark difference between different countries. It's disheartening to see employees with substantial responsibilities and workloads earning barely enough to survive. This disparity fosters frustration and demotivation among team members. Career advancement feels like a game of chance. Promotions are rare, and there seems to be little transparency or meritocracy in how they are awarded. Most employees find themselves stuck in the same role for years, regardless of their performance or contributions. Overall, while the people at Infobip are incredible, the poor leadership, lack of focus, subpar compensation, and slim chances for career growth make it a challenging and often demoralizing place to work.
