      Great work life balance with the option to hybrid between the office and home. Both MD and CFO are approachable. Great teams and a lovely culture.

      Cons

      Some clicks in groups which is better to keep your distance from. Sadly it’s more of the young girls.

      Flexible. Nice office. Good people. Headquarters in the UK, but they are great with US based employees.

      Not unlimited PTO. Things slip through cracks because the company is huge

      True corporate structure where it takes time to get approved for anything, management doesnt listen to their team
