Pros
We work hard - but we also play hard and have fun. Company values are a great match - benefits package is excellent and always being improved. Our work facilities are new and highly functional. Management is very flexible and have a heightened awareness when it comes to work/life balance.
Cons
The past two quarters have been difficult but I have strong faith that management has made the correct changes to reverse the situation.
