Thank you for sharing your thoughts about working at Informatica. Your concerns about cost management taking precedence over innovation and customer service are understandable. As a newly-private company, we have had to focus on EBITDA to ensure that we meet our performance goals and achieve the results required to move the organisation forward. Yet we also continue to innovate, as evidenced by our recent announcements such as the Informatica Intelligent Data Platform, the world's first commercial Marketing Data Lake, our award-winning Secure@Source data security solution, and our industry-leading Cloud and iPaaS solutions. Gartner also rates us as a "Leader" in six enterprise data software categories, as well as other analysts such as Forrester. Change is difficult, which is why our Learning & Development has created an entire curriculum online designed to help employees manage change. Check it out at INFAEdge. We would encourage you to share your concerns with your manager or HR Business Partner. Hopefully, you also included them in our just-completed employee engagement survey.
