Pros
Worked here for 7 years and i have seen this company go downhill from being one of the best to one to avoid… Work culture and work life balance was good, but after multiple layoff the work pressure and everything has increased.
Cons
Lot of mass layoffs in last 1 years. Bonus put on hold without any notice Layoff done which impacted key resources which has created lot of pressure on others. Maternity leave impacts your promotions and hikes and even get laid off. Company is finding hard to get new business.
