      Pros

      Have lots of different contracts that you can work on as roles or often advertised internally.

      Cons

      Wages have decrease substantially in real terms over the last 6/7 years. Never had a pay rise in this time. This needs to be address soon as the best talent will leave. Ingeus use to be one one the highest wages in the industry. Sadly not anymore.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
