      Annual leave It's a job Meet some good colleagues

      Cons

      - Not supportive of career progression - Lambeth office is a toxic work environment where management thrive off intimidation, unprofessionalism aside from numerous microagressions and inappropriate behaviour. - Not supporting of those dealing with mental health - Will advertise as hybrid role however was not the case - Favouritism is rife in the building - Management just see participants as a number and not human beings

      A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
