      They offer home-working and do supply good equipment

      Cons

      Workload is unmanageable at times and staff are over-worked and stressed Management is a school-teacher/pupil style People are promoted by being friends with managers and not by ability

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
