      Pros

      pay is better than others, and diversity in the office is great

      Cons

      line managers are not organised properly, you will always feel under lots of pressure because you have to deal with other people's problems, there are lots of things to do and you will often feel like you don't get paid enough. In probation you'll only receive sick pay after a few days of sickness - please read all the policy documents before signing the contract.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
