Cons
This is not a job where you help people this is basically sales. Ingeus makes 3k for each job start they get. Target is 6-7 each month per advisorwhich sounds achievable but not when your caseload is 80% of individuals new to the country learning English 20% who are sick and on the nhs waiting list. The overall aim is to force them into a warehouse job that last 6weeks then monitoring their job search progress till they finish the one year on the program There are times when you really get to help people, usually jobs they’ve found themself and supporting secure it.
