Pros
This is a peoples business and it does seem like there are lots of progression to be had if you want it. As a clinician the learning and development for staff and employees is always ongoing and is recognised as a big priority. I've very much enjoyed my time with the company so far and can see a path for myself going forward too. all the staff are very supportive and always make sure everyone is looked after. This is one of the more supportive and nurturing companies I've worked for since becoming a therapist. I have also recommended this company to friends and family when I know they have been looking or a new role. Also definitely one of the better paid company's within the sector and with the remote working on the contact I'm involved in its amazing.
Cons
Overall for me there are none for me currently with working at Ingeus. Whenever I have had any issues I know I'm very welcome to speak to anyone at any level about it, everyone from the Director down the chain of leadership, everyone is super helpful and approachable.
