      Pros

      The induction training is excellent and thorough - from day one you are included in the team - company gifts being sent, office equipment needed is sent too. The company encourage career progression and are very hot on staff wellbeing - including being flexible to work around personal commitments such as families with young children.

      Cons

      Due to the size of the company there may not be too many opportunities for promotion - however, the company continues to grow so this may not be valid.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
