The Datalink and Insight Managed Services/Operations team are combining and this is causing friction between engineers and management. Change is good, but too much change is chaotic. We need to have a pause a stabilize as we are not able to support our clients to the level they expect. It's difficult listening in client meetings as what we are telling them are lies in regards to our capabilities and response times.
Issues:
- Short staffed (we can't do the work well)
- There is no such thing as work/life balance
- The perks of working here are not that good
- Too much change, the job changes weekly
- We don't on-board our clients properly
- We lie to our customers about what we can support and with our SLA's.
