Pros

You can get more than you expected. Although it is a small local company, as an outsourcing company, you would not expect too much. But, at last, after entering the door, you will get more things: 1. salary increase range every year; 2. learning and certifications requirement; 3. multi-crossing work.

Cons

not a very steady job. many positions are not very stable.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
