      We can reach out to anyone across Insight - top to bottom and horizontally. Leaders want and value input provided - everyone wants to work together to keep enhancing the organization.

      Cons

      Its a challenging market so like other companies we need to balance today with pace of innovation and progress - but the vision is strong and we are working together for continuous growth.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
