Culture - adjectives attached to this word have become cliche - talk is cheap - my personal experience here has been a fantastic culture. Even across individual contributors, there is a "we first, not me first" mindset. Employees here recognize that we must all work productively together to reach a critical event like IPO

Name recognition when selling. The established industry goliath's routinely trigger FUD around our being three years old. Biggest challenge is getting a prospect to hear us. Once they do, we have great success
