      Fantastic product and all the team really bought into the vision. Lots of great individuals

      Acquisition by IBM really impacted the culture and a lot of the good people (knowledge holders) left

      Great product that makes life easier for DevOps. Experienced people, experienced leadership. Very talented people. Great positive inclusive and friendly culture. Long-term, customer focused.

      Cons

      Early days for brand recognition (though it is getting better). Competition are rapidly trying to copy the Instana value-prop.
