Pros
Company is making money. They will always make money since half their income comes from Epic, and Epic will be there forever.
Cons
Lot of politics. They pride themselves in hiring Type-A people only. Guess what? Type-A people are never wrong, even when they are. It is painful. All decisions go through the person on top. No one questions him. He won't know you, but will make decisions that decide your future, base on what data? No one knows; he is answerable to no one.
