I have found a highly supportive team environment, with help and assistance provided by knowledgeable colleagues. Over the first 6 months, I have gained excellent exposure to real-world networking and security incidents. I have also had opportunities to develop additional troubleshooting skills and access enterprise-level tools.

The workload distribution can be challenging, and escalation structures require some fine-tuning.

Intercity has been first class from the moment they initially engaged with me through the recruitment process. The levels of communication and professionalism through the stages of recruitment, offer and onboarding was seamless and refreshing. Intercity is a fantastic working environment, built on a genuine care and respect for the individual and emphasis on continuous development and improvement.
