Pros
Some nice developers, food provided, transport costs covered
Cons
Product team is absolutely cut throat, ruthless and don't know how to treat each other. Instead of providing you feedback of how you can improve they will go behind your back and make sure they go against you. This is no place for growth. It's like everyone works in competition of each other, the communication style with each other is like a dysfunctional family where everyone wants the last say and speak over each other. Read up about the CEO before thinking about taking a job at Intercom extremely bad bad man. Don't expect to be given any time to learn and adjust when you first start, you're thrown in the deep end and if you're not an obnoxious personality type they won't like you. Nothing grand about this company.
