I worked here for 2 years.The biggest issues: 1. *Work-life balance:* Doesn’t exist. Expected to be online late nights, Sundays, holidays. Taking leave is frowned upon. 2. *Management attitude:* Employees are treated like slaves, not professionals. Micromanagement 3. *HR Support:* HR only protects the company. Complaints go unheard. No exit interviews, no grievance redressal. 4. *Job security:* Hire & fire policy. People are let go overnight without reason or proper notice. Would not recommend to anyone who wants growth, stability, or mental peace.

Creative and dynamic company attempting to provide automation, transparency across complex markets. Lean org with minimal bureaucracy in attempt to be agile and mobile.

Cons

No hybrid model, 5 day in the office not in line with industry or general market.

Employee health care is excellent. 401k match is better than average.

Cons

Department I'm in favours employee seniority more than anything else. Departments feel very siloed from each other without much collaboration planned with projects.
