      The team you work with will be amazing. Great people

      Cons

      Senior management will always throw you under the bus, terrible pay, no bonus or raise, work weekend (if you don't, they threaten to fire you), micromanagers, clients are always unhappy, sales promises the impossible. Stay away

      Pros

      InvestCloud is on a great trajectory! Turning a tech company around takes time, but with the new management in place I am very hopeful that InvestCloud is on it's way to becoming a great place to work! I get to work with wonderful, smart people and have faith in the management of the company. Company offers unlimited PTO and has good health insurance options with low copays.

      Cons

      Turnarounds take time, and are not always fun. Hanging in there I am sure will be worth it though!

      coworkers are really nice, they are talented and kind

      Poor management, completely unsupportive. They insist they’re right and refuse to listen to new ideas.
