Pros
Great support among teams to work together and resolve issues. Always helped and supported each other - everyone had each other's backs. Direct managers supportive and watched out for their staff. Generous PTO (unlimited). Benefits average.
Cons
Several corporate reorganizations. Upper and senior management regularly shifting priorities and strategy, causing unease to workers. The shifting strategy generally lead to RIF and layoffs where incredible amounts of product knowledge were lost to meet revenue numbers. Many years without raises or bonuses.
