Pros
The work is generally good and colleagues are, on the whole, great to work with. Some good perks like a gym in the basement and discounts on local restaurants.
Cons
My team is good together, but there is definitely a disconnect with other teams, not helped by adjusting to lockdown etc. Salaries are good but falling behind contemporaries by some degree.
