Pros
Great benefits, fun people, amazing leadership. Easy to transfer to other departments after 60 days. Great open door policy for employees and management.
Cons
Building needs to be updated with new chairs and carpet. DC people tend to be rude. Management does play favorites - just make sure you are able to make friends quickly.
