Pros
I worked at JSD full-time (Last year I am waiting, he does not comes to office) may be nothing. yes one thing.... 1. In starting he will extremely polite and try to make fool of everyone as well as the clients by using the name of Jai Shani Dev ji. Also ask for ORIGINAL MARKSHEET OF YOURS and when you will resign will say that he had torn it , do whatever you can. Thats why the client never gives payment on time then he would rather say I will write "Payment pending" on the top of your site.
Cons
1. full of politics. 2. you will get fire without any prior notice. at end of day they they call and tell you not to come from now. 3. no one means no one will going to help you. 4. They put so much pressure that every one get frustrated and give you 10 websites in a day, then will scold you saying you haven't done anything . 5. working hours are 9.30 but that's only on paper. every one work there for about 10.30 to 12 hours daily. and one last thing Saturday is half day but same only on paper. you have to give full day on that day.
