      Pros

      I have worked with JSD Solutions for over 4 years and i came as a fresher to them when i started my career . I had wonderful guidance working with them before coming to them i worked with 2 more companies who never paid me for the work . The despite of knowing my potentials helped me patiently work on live projects and ensure i get the needed knowledge . i will always be grateful to them for ensuring my career gets the boost I will always be grateful to them for being a amazing learning platform for me Here after 4 years i stand in a position to move to a different city due to me getting married else i would have never left them .

      Cons

      They seem to be a client driven company and at every step they ensure clients get what they need . in this case they sometimes are hated by employees who try and not understand the vision . so not sure if this can be a con or their plus point
