Pros

The only benefit is that I received an email telling me someone responded to my post so I could counter.

Cons

Looks like Jobelephant got a new business development director and he/she's been tasked to clean up their image by responding to all the past comments. Don't be fooled! Stay away! As long as the husband and wife owners are still there, they'll still be micromanaging and you'll still be an hourly employee punching a clock; not salary. Every minute of every day you're on the clock. No paid sick days, no vacation until after a year. And even then it's on an accrued basis. One comment the owner always said was, "If you don't work, you don't get paid." The above Cons are indicative of how the company feels about you. You're just a cog helping them line their pockets.

While it’s unfortunate you had this experience while working here, these issues you mention are no longer part of the company culture and haven’t been for quite some time. The husband/wife ownership disbanded nearly two years ago and there is no micromanaging from current leadership. The office has been expanded and remodeled and we currently have the largest staff in our history. PTO is accrued at the beginning of employment and staff is free to take breaks when needed. Our benefits package as a whole is superior to most companies, especially small businesses. Most of our employees are hourly which is standard practice as it is not a requirement for any company to offer salary. We do for the right personnel.

Pros

This is a great company to work at. It's a Monday to Friday job and the best part is everyone is working remote. Working from home has been a delight.

Cons

This is not a company for laziness. It does require your focus and attention and to actually do your job. It's not a bad thing if you are a hard worker but if you think this place is to chill and and sit back this is not the place for you.
