Pros
The benefits are good. They have good health insurance. The pay is slightly less than industry standard. The work is very faced pace and it is difficult to get fired.
Cons
Leadership is lacking in the company as whole. The company makes money in spite of them selves. Everyone is going in different directions with no clear path in site. They will run you ragged with new projects every week. People can't complete the last project they were on when another emergency project pops up. Again and again.
