Pros
Stable businesses. A lot of opporrunities to develop your career. Numvers of nice and good people.
Cons
Poor management. Don't care about good working people. Not ethical. Personal preferences visible. Doesn't matter how hard you work, nobody will stop you to go even if you have long service knowledge and always good feedback! Don't waste your time too long if you feel something is not quite right. HR won't support. Care of yourself. Sad :(
