Pros
* FLDP is a great program to start your career. The trainings in the program are helpful to learn about the company and the network you gain will help your career * In certain areas of the company, the culture is flexible and you get to work with really intelligent people
Cons
* The pay is low for the amount of hours you work compared to other industries * Most of the company is not flexible in terms of location and they are losing a lot of great talent because of that * The "benefits" are the reason why they justify low pay. The pension and tuition reimbursement have both been cut down significantly over the past few years * The financial systems are a nightmare. The amount of time wasted due to poor systems is obscene for a Fortune 500 company * Management is toxic in parts of the company and work life balance is non-existent if you expect to move up
