Pros
401k; paid parking or bus fare; attorneys are great to work with for the most part; treat staff and attorneys with various activities, breakfasts, lunches, etc, especially around holidays
Cons
Change in management has created many problems; force staff to use system where you have to record every minute of your time; staff now work in secretary pool - no more attorney assignments; makes life for an associate stressful; many meetings held, but nothing gets resolved.
