I worked for them for 17y and enjoyed every single day. I was never bored and worked on a lot of cool projects. The management is intelligent, fair and decent. They are the number one HFT firm and they hire top notch people and pay them what they’re worth. The office is pleasant and has lots of art. It could pass as an art museum. Overall, a great place to work, with outstanding benefits.

You are expected to perform at the top of your game and you must be creative and work hard. But this is what you ‘d expect from a well run company.

Toxic work environment consisting of unprofessional behavior of talking badly about current and former employees by management. Historically, this company drops people left and right regardless of the amount of time they have been there.
