London office is great. They have a good culture and most people are helpful. The new management aims to boost company growth which is injecting new energy across the business. Company tools are good and there is a lot of AI upskilling being encouraged.
Cons
Less autonomy to make decisions and relatively slow pace of shipping. Career progression is very slow compared to other companies.
