Pros
- The people are excellent, independent and highly skilled - You can get the freedom and backing to do what you think needs doing - Perks and pay are good - Environment is the best i've worked at - It's a genuine tech company, with a forward looking, experimental attitude - It feels genuinely rewarding being in a tech for good company, and seeing the difference you can make from direct feedback - There is no time wasted on performance reviews etc - Company wide transparency and everything open to question
Cons
- It can be overly product delivery focussed at the expense of engineering - There is little path for advancement in some areas of the business - If you can't self motivate and organise you might struggle with the freedom, lack of reviews etc
