Free food, interacting with the regulars. They were very nice.
Cons
Manager was horrible, constantly cutting hours for no reason. Always ran out of chicken. Chicken was not changed regularly, it was old. Didn't follow corporate standards. Didn't have proper equipment to clean lobby for closing hours. Random schedules
