    Young dynamic team with common goals

    Cons

    Sometimes working unsocial hours. The restaurant can get busy and each team member must pull together for good customer experience.

    Advice to Management

    Be approachable to every member of staff, this is the key to good team moral

    - Nice fellow colleagues.
    - 25% staff discount.

    - Don't get an equal balance of morning and night shifts.

    - you get a good training
    - help you to manage stress
    - increase your customer service skills
    - I recommend it as a first work experience

    Colleagues are not (always) very friendly --> this is subjective.

    Great to develop, whilst equity there were many carrer opportunities

    Cons

    Sold to franchise this year and some franchises in my experience don’t hold the same values or care for there people

    Advice to Management

    Go for equity if you can, kfc are easily one of the countries top employers
